Podcasts are a great way to learn new information and gain valuable insights, especially for busy mompreneurs. You can usually find them for free on popular podcast platforms like iTunes, Spotify and Stitcher. And since they’re usually around 30 minutes or less, they’re perfect for listening to while you’re working on other tasks, like laundry or driving around running errands.

Now let’s get to the good stuff! Here are our top podcast recommendations for introverted mompreneurs:

Leonie Dawson Refuses To Be Categorised

This podcast is for the mompreneur who loves to color outside the lines. Leonie Dawson (Pronouns: She/They) is proof that being quirky, introverted and different isn’t the end of the world, far from… it’s more the recipe to running a very successful business. The 8 figure creative Leonie Dawson brings her ridiculous sense of humor and a wild mixture of self-help, business, creativity, marketing, family, and life to the podcast.

It’s a good podcast to listen to when you feel you’re too much or not enough of something. She is an inspiration!

Microfamous Podcast

Matt Johnson, isn’t a mom but a fellow introvert and entrepreneur, and I love his marketing concept of Microfamous of becoming famously influential to the Right People. If Gary Vee isn’t your jam because posting more free content, in more places, more often isn’t sustainable for your personality and your lifestyle, than you will enjoy Matt’s Podcast.

His podcast exists for entrepreneurs who want three things…You want to be famously influential to the right people…you want to teach, train and lead others so you make an impact…and you want to enjoy your life along the way.

So if this is you, tune in his easy digestible 10-20 min long episodes and get some great aha-moments.

Boss Mom Podcast

Dana Malstaff isn’t an introvert, quite the opposite, but building a business as a mom and an introvert has some similarities and she gets it. Moms and Introverts alike need a flexible Business that suits their lifestyle and Dana gives us weekly tips and tricks on how to grow a business while raising their babies. Her podcast episodes about the ideal client scale (listen here) and “Stop Trying to Just Be Helpful and Start Being Impactful” (listen here) were absolutely mind-blowing to me and changed the way I approached my own business (and became a business coach in Dana’s Nurture to Convert SystemTM).

We can do hard things

Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every day – we love and lose; we forge and end friendships; battle addiction, illness, and loneliness; care for children and parents; struggle in our jobs, our marriages, our divorces; we try to set and hold boundaries – and we fight for equality, purpose, joy, and peace right in the midst of all the hard. Glennon Doyle is the author of the bestselling Book “Untamed”, and honestly one of the best books I ever read. She is inspirational and on days when I feel down, or need to do scary things like picking up the phone the phrase “I can do hard things” comes to my mind. We all have hard days and the podcast does the only thing that has ever made life easier: talks honestly about the hard, so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, free-er, and less alone.

This podcast is designed to support, empower, and educate and covers topics ranging from the science of stress responses to reconnecting with your intuition to strategies for dealing with anxiety and overwhelm and hearing inspiring stories of other radical mothers who have done this work before.

Marketing for Introverts

Last but not least, Marketing for Introverts is a podcast that explores ways introverts can successfully promote themselves and their businesses in a world where everyone else is shouting. Visibility and Self-Promotion are for sure some of the scariest things for introverts and running a business. But without marketing and sales, we don’t have a business and we know that, what a dilemma. This podcast gives you just the right ideas and support on personal visibility, making an impact, and raising your profile as a reserved and quiet person.
